When you contact CEE Worldwide Entertainment Agency
we will first talk to you about your requirements. We
will also take down any necessary details that we feel
are relevant. Then we will search for what you are looking
for. Apart from our own extensive act and services portfolio
we work with the worlds top management companies and also
other top entertainment agencies worldwide, this gives
us the best chance of sourcing your entertainment needs.
If what you are looking for is available we will then
contact you and inform you of the price. We will also
inform you if we are unsuccessful. You will then be able
to decide if you wish to proceed with a formal booking.
If you decided that you are happy and wish to proceed
contracts will then be issued, which are legally binding,
for signature. Then you can relax knowing that everything
is in place. We only issue contracts after we
have verbal agreement from all parties, so you can book
entertainment with confidence.
When Working With Other Agencies.
If another agency wishes to use our acts or services
we are happy to help. We do however have some rules
that you should be aware of.
The first is that we will hold an act or service for
a period of 2 weeks before making the act or service
available again unless a contract has been received
or an extension to this time is negotiated.
Any contract received for one of our acts or services
must comply with current legislation, otherwise the
contract shall be deemed void. There are many products
that produce agency documents on the market, it is your
responsibility to make sure that the one you
use is compliant with current
UK law. The Agents Association Of Great Britain
produces software available to its members. If you are
not a member and do not use this software we recommend
Ace Professional Plus For Windows™, which we know
has been examined and no faults found. The software
and documents are approved by the NEAC (National Entertainment

Any contract negotiated must be issued
by you within 3 days and sent to our offices, you can
do this via the postal service or e-mail. If using the
postal service time will be allowed for delivery, the
date of issue being the main factor, and any documents
must be sent recorded delivery. Proof of postage
is not proof of receipt. If sent via e-mail we request
that you ask for a manual confirmation of receipt, to
show that we have received your documents. Under UK
law it is an offence, with a fine up to level 5 and/or
a ban on running an entertainment or employment agency
for a breach of the regulations.
The final rule is that you agree to use our terms of
business. They are published on this web site, and are
compliant with current legislation.
