The first is that we will hold an act or service for a period of 2 weeks. After that period we will make the act or service available again, unless a contract has been received, or an extension to this time is negotiated.
Any contract received for one of our acts or services, must comply with current legislation, otherwise the contract shall be deemed void. There are many products that produce agency documents on the market, it is your responsibility to make sure that the ones you use are compliant with current UK law. Any contract negotiated must be issued by you within 3 days and sent to our offices, you can do this via the postal service or e-mail. If using the postal service time will be allowed for delivery, the date of issue being the main factor. Any and all documents must be sent recorded delivery. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. If sent via e-mail we request that you ask for a manual confirmation of receipt. This is to show that we have received your documents. Under UK law it is an offence, with a fine up to level 5 and/or a ban on running an entertainment agency or employment agency for a breach of the regulations.
