General:
CEE Worldwide Entertainment Agency want to
make sure that any publicity used by us on your behalf is not
owned by another party. When you submit publicity material to
us for use in promoting your act, you agree that you own all
copyright in such submitted material. If you do not own full
copyright then you may not submit it.
Disclaimer:
All acts that submit promotional and publicity material in whatever
form to CEE Worldwide Entertainment Agency do so claiming that
they have full copyright control over said material. Should
it be found that any supplied material be in breach of anothers
copyright, the act in question or their representative agrees
to indemnify CEE Worldwide Entertainment Agency against any
action that may be taken by a third party in respect of such
breach, and will subsequently be liable for any legal costs,
fines or any other sanctions that may be applied.
Claims:
If any material used by us is in breach of copyright please
notify us by e-mail, pointing out where you believe such an
infringement exists, you will also need to supply proof that
you are the owner of the copyright material in question. Should
you not be able to substansiate a claim of copyright infringement
then CEE Worldwide Entertainment Agency shall not be liable
for removal of said information or breach. If you can substansiate
a claim then CEE Worldwide Entertainment Agency will remove
the infringement at the earliest opportunity, usually within
30 days.
Should you wish to take any legal action it is agreed that
any such case shall be heard in the English courts and that
CEE Worldwide Entertainment Agency shall not be liable under
any other judicial system.
